I am a game/level designer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. My skill set includes level layout and mission design, game progression, detail and polish. As a lead designer, I create extensive design documents, schedules, and assign tasks to my team. I believe collaboration and communication between all departments in the studio are priorities when designing and shipping successful games. As a mentor, I guide designers in their professional journey as well as in foundations of core game design. As a game player myself, I am fortunate to get to blend my work life and home life.
